March 2009: Breakfast Foods
8 eggs
½ cup half and half
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green or red bell pepper
¼ chopped onion
¼ cup chopped mushrooms
Beat eggs and cream; add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
